Permission to Pivot: Why Hitting Pause Isn’t Quitting
Have you ever had one of those weeks where your best-laid plans just… went sideways?
Yeah, that’s me right now.
I had this whole schedule mapped out — a blog, a newsletter, Free Coaching Friday, and the launch of The Worthy Rebellion course. Instead? Life threw me a curveball. I’m hopping on a plane to Vegas to see the Wizard of Oz in 5D (because yes, sometimes we all need a little Emerald City magic).
That means Free Coaching Friday is bumped. The course launch? Pushed to next week. And you know what? That’s okay.
Here’s why:
For too long, women like us have been told that if we pause, if we pivot, if we don’t keep the hustle perfect — it means we’re failing. But here’s the truth:
💡 Pivoting isn't quitting. It's wisdom.
It’s knowing when to pause so you can keep showing up later. It’s making space for joy, for family, for health, for your sanity — without throwing away your dreams.
Because quitting takes you out of the game. Pivoting keeps you in it.
So if you’re in a season where your routines, your marriage, your wellness goals, or your second-act dreams feel “off track,” I want you to hear this:
You’re not failing. You’re human. And you have permission to pivot.
Next week, I'll be sharing something close to my heart — The Worthy Rebellion. It’s for every woman who’s sick of hearing that inner voice say, “Who do you think you are?” and ready to start answering back with confidence.
So stay tuned. For now, give yourself some grace. Take the pause you need. Pivot without guilt. And remember — you’re still in the game.
